Shipping & Returns
Goods will be supplied only to destinations within the UK and are dispatched by our courier. Customers should be aware that the estimated delivery dates are a guide to when you should expect your item. Orders shall be dispatched the same day if received before 11:30 am (mon-fri). This means that your order could be with you as early as the next working day. It is necessary to advise you that depending on stock & availability your order can take up to 3-10 working days. We aim to deliver goods to you within the time stated. Our team shall inform you of an approximate delivery date if stock or availability do not meet these conditions. We will inform you by email when goods have been dispatched. We may cannot give an exact time of delivery.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you have to return any goods or wish to complain about any service, in the first instance please email info@themusicgallery.co.uk. Your email should state your full name and address, your telephone number, and full details of any issue(s). This ensures that we both have a record of events. We will respond to your email within 48 hours usually by phone and do our best to resolve any problem. If any item has been damaged in transit, it will be replaced at no cost to you. If any item needs to be returned, we will give you clear instructions and, should we agree, replace the item without any further cost to you.
Damaged Goods
You should inspect all items for any damage when you receive them. If the package being delivered by courier looks damaged or has been tampered with, you should mark the couriers sheet to show this and accept the package. If you find any damage you must inform us by immediately emailing info@themusicgallery.co.uk. Your email should state your full name and address, your telephone number and a full description of any damage. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 24 hrs of receipt. We will contact the courier and if any items are found to have been damaged prior to delivery to you then we will replace them or refund the price paid once the items have been returned to us.
Cancellation of orders
Customers have a right to cancel any transaction without reason before the goods have been dispatched. (Customers are notified by email when goods are dispatched). Please note this right to cancel does not apply to certain products containing sealed CDs or DVDs that have been opened. To cancel any order, customers should contact us by telephone on 01289 308030. If an order is cancelled we shall issue a full refund within 7 days of you notifying us.
